I have no regrets ordering my labs from Rythm Health. First I must say that the customer service experience was amazing. I received the blood collection sample on a timely manner and could not believe how quickly I received my blood results. Not only receiving my blood results was very quick but the explanations about each test, the simple way to read and understand it was very simple. Also the suggestion on the explanation to improve my blood results was just spectacular. Better than my doctors explanation. I get more from these results from the comfort of my home.

Customer Service like no other!
Well, I just received my test and haven’t yet completed it so I have no information on this yet, however; the customer service I have experienced so far is like no other. An actual telephone number you can text and get an IMMEDIATE response from a REAL person. In today’s world with automated recordings and annoying “press the # sign” prompts, this is an amazing service in itself! I’m sold. I’m all about customer service above all else and I’m all in!
