The whole process went on without a glitch. From signing up to receiving the kit to sending it back, everything was very easy and straightforward. I was kept up to speed at all times with constant text messages explaining where we were in the process. Once the test kit arrived, it was very easy to watch the video, navigate through the process, and eventually see the results. I only have done the first test, but I can’t wait to do additional ones and see how my results trend.
