Overall the collection process and app are great. The only thing that could improve is the visual design of the lab report. The color code is super confusing- it looks like someone was trying to be clever and make it look cool, but I think most people would prefer a simple green/yellow/red that were used to seeing. Other than that, great product, keep it up!

It’s pain free which I love! I don’t do very well with blood draws, they usually have a hard time finding a vein. I also love that it’s such a small amount of blood. I’ve only had two sessions but hoping to keep doing it.
