I was nervous at first. But you truly don't feel a thing. I had myself worked up for nothing. The easiest set up with everything needed. Was a wonderful experience and will continue using Rythmhealth!

Heard about this through a friend. So easy and simple to do. One suggestion, the video showing how to take the sample has the gentleman using the alcohol then toughing the heat pad off the table with his bare hands and applying it on the test area. He then takes the sample. From my blood drawing work experience, the heating pad should be first (as it is unsterile) then the alcohol wipe and sample taken. If it is done the way it is in the video and someone gets an infection or complication from the test site, the directions told them to clean then apply unsterile heating pad to the area before taking the sample. That would be a potential legal issue. Hope this helps. Looking forward to my results and monthly monitoring to share with my followers. i have over 2 million and they know I'm in the wellness industry. Thank you! -Bryan

So far so good. Would love if you would add IGF-1LR3 to the markers tested !!
