I was hoping for a more robust
I was hoping for a more robust, CBC level test. A1c, Liver enzymes and etc.

Thank you for the feedback. Because we collect a small blood volume, we have to be very intentional about which markers we include, based on both sample stability and what can be reliably measured. We're currently focusing on high-value markers you can track over time, rather than broad diagnostic panels like a full CBC. However, we do plan to expand our panel in the near future and truly appreciate you sharing what would be important to you for that expansion.

The test was easy but the results are…
The test was easy but the results are hard to read. I am color blind, and the results are hard to read when it is only color coated. If you could add words such as: High, Low, Normal. or just the first letter H,L,N or WNL. That would be really helpful. Thank you!

The ease of the process. The cost is fantastic. I would like the option to have the option for other markers to be tested. Whether it be options to choose to add for an additional cost

The process was simple
The process was simple, received 17 Dec, collected sample on the 18th and received my results by 21 Dec. The reason why I gave a 4 was because Total & Free Testosterone was for male samples only. As a female & bodybuilder I would have liked to see my results to ensure I am operating at optimal health!

Great service, lacks features
Great service, lacks features. I really would like a standalone android app and the ability to upload documents to the AI. Also a better supplements entry method by integrating with other supplement apps (like SuppCo) or creating a more detailed supplement tracker. Something that allows a user to scan/save supplements with their amounts per serving and ingredients lists as well as intake schedule.

Incredible value and genuine care, needs App
The kit is very straightforward. They give you an easy video on exactly what to do. They pay for the highest level of shipping for you and even order an Uber for you to pick it up if it’s not possible for you to drop it off! Also, the prick is stupidly simple and painless. The customer service is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in terms of generosity, reply speed, and genuine care. If I could give this a 4.5/5, I would. The only reason I’m giving it a four star is because an actual app would be just that much better, navigating a website on mobile is truly a pain.

It’s very low maintenance
It’s very low maintenance, easy. I do wish it was a little more informative. If you do the basic testing it’s pretty much flawless. Any specific testing seems to be very self navigated, leaving me with questions. Big flaw and oversight is not test women’s testosterone.

Thanks, Andrew great callout. We’re working to add women’s testosterone early next year. We need to ensure accuracy first, as many lab instruments aren’t sensitive enough for reliable female testosterone measurement. Appreciate the patience while we validate.
