Blood collection was easy! The only problem I had was the red button was jammed or sticky and didn't want to press down. It took a second person with both hands to depress the button.

The button was hard to push on the heat pack. And I filled the vial sooner then I thought. It took my whole other hand to push the button on the draw device

Thank you for the feedback, Jessica. The heat pack can occasionally be tricky to activate. If that happens, try flipping it over and bending it from the opposite side. It usually clicks with much less effort that way. We have not commonly heard of the button being difficult to press, so it may have just been an unusually stiff device. I am glad the vial filled quickly once it started. If you ever run into any issues, please reach out to our customer service team. They are excellent at walking through troubleshooting in real time.

When the results come back, you should show the numerical values for normal range next to the lab values. Simply saying “out of Range” does not give a quick, clear picture of the current state. Also, keep measurements the same units for total testosterone you use ng/dl so you should use the same range for free testosterone.

Overall, this is a great service. My only frustration is the pick up portion which was a gigantic mess. I waited around eight hours and ended up just dropping it off myself. The process itself is as easy as can be and 100% painless. The Ai coach is very helpful and the ability to only be charged when I want a lab test is great. I've recommended this service already and will continue to do so. Going to get blood tests the old fashioned way were expensive, painful and time consuming. Rythm eliminates all of that and for a fraction of the cost.
