Sample protection tube is subpar
Everything is perfect except for the 3-d printed protection tube. The locking tabs were broke off the cap upon arrival to me. Had no choice other than to send my sample back in the same broken protection tube.

Everything is good
Everything is good. Really fast at responding. Only thing I would say is the price is a little high. Now that I’m doing blood work all I see is company doing labs but at half the price. So that’s kinda makes you feel like you’re over paying.but if you go this route you’ll be happy. They are really fast being able to compare your results is awesome!

I wish it would give you more results
Really great but I wish it would give you an a1c, and more thyroid tests like tpo antibodies. I was expecting more.

Not sure if enough came out
Everything was fine and easy. The draw was tough. Sat there for 10 minutes. Not sure if enough came out. Everything else was fine. Not sure what I will do if this draw does not work
