Very misleading pricing and you can’t…
Very misleading pricing and you can’t choose options to make it more reasonable. Forced to pay $100 a month, not $65. Bait and switch. The test doesn’t hurt and the information is good. Could measure many more markers for the price.

I’m not sure so far
I’m not sure so far. My blood started clotting before the sample was even collected all the way. I think I want my money back. I guess we will see with the results

Process started great, ended poorly.
Blood draw was painless process, literally. Did FedEx pickup through their app with their prepaid label and FedEx came within an hour or two. Shipped out on a Thursday I believe and wasn’t received until Monday even though it was priority overnight. Shipped from Arizona where it’s been 110 degrees everyday. When I contacted Rhythm to see where my next day air package had been sitting they refused to provide me a tracking number. I have no way to know if my sample sat in extreme heat for 4 days. My results cannot really be trusted on many metrics because of the time plus heat aspect. Certain measurements were high or low as ChatGPT predicted due to those factors. So basically the test means nothing to me and was a waste because I can’t trust the numbers. Customer service was responsive via chat, but ultimately useless.

So far I've received late tests
So far I've received late tests, which delayed training and medications. I've gotten kits that had defective parts and tests that didn't include marketed results.
