I strongly recommend thinking twice…
I strongly recommend thinking twice before paying for Rhythm Health. My experience made me seriously question how well this service is organized. I paid for a full year, spent my time registering, setting everything up, and completing the entire process. My registration and payment were accepted without any issue, and Rhythm Health sent me their blood collection kit. Then the problems started. I followed the instructions carefully and watched their instructional video. However, the blood collection device simply did not work properly. One press did nothing. Two or three attempts did nothing. I had to activate it repeatedly just to collect enough blood to fill the vial. This was not only frustrating and time-consuming — this is a device that is supposed to puncture your skin and collect blood. A medical testing company should be able to provide a collection device that works reliably. Then I discovered another problem: the return shipment required FedEx, but there is no FedEx location available in my city. Apparently, Rhythm Health had no practical alternative return method arranged for customers in this situation. At that point I had already paid for the service, spent my time registering, punctured my skin repeatedly, collected the blood, and completed the test. I was not going to simply throw everything away. So I spent another approximately $35 of my own money to send the sample back using USPS Express and contacted Rhythm Health to explain exactly what had happened. Their solution was essentially to refund the money rather than find a way to process the sample I had already collected and paid to ship. That response was extremely disappointing. This wasn't simply an online order that could be returned to a warehouse. I had gone through an actual blood collection procedure, dealt with a collection device that did not function properly, spent additional money shipping the sample, and invested considerable time completing their process. A company offering at-home blood testing should anticipate basic logistical problems such as customers living in locations without convenient FedEx access. There should be an alternative shipping procedure, and customer support should have a meaningful solution when something goes wrong. I am sharing this experience because I think prospective customers should know what can happen after they have already paid and completed the blood collection process. Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before trusting Rhythm Health with an at-home blood test. The way this situation was handled did not give me confidence in the reliability or organization of the service.

Thank you for your feedback. We take the accuracy of our testing and the experience of every customer very seriously. While Rythm is a great tool for many, on the convenience side we sometimes run into collection or shipping logistics beyond our control. We've gone ahead and noted the FedEx collection on our end. Let us know if you have any questions, we'd appreciate the opportunity to get you the results you expect. You can reach out to us via SMS, live chat or email at any time.
