Ashley was super quick and helpful
Ashley was super quick and helpful. I got a call from Fed Ex they couldn't pick up my sample, but it isnt out front any more. Ashley checked the information and processed a replacement supoer quickly. I am grateful that this company stands by their product and is so easy to work with!

Excellent customer service
I am taking peptides and and have hypothyroidism and wanted to see if I could do better with my health. So I researched home kits for blood work- Rhythm had what I needed and it was much more affordable than others as well as looking at a location like Quest labs where you have to go to them. I have not done the test yet, but the App is very detailed and the customer service is awesome! Thanks Maverick🩷

Nicholas
Nicholas was very helpful in assisting me locate a shipped test. We didn’t locate it yet, but if the test isn’t tracked or found by 10/19, they are providing a new test free of charge which I find to be a very fair compromise.

Maverick responded quickly and professionally
Maverick responded quickly to my email reporting my difficulty with my malfunctioning device. After answering a couple brief questions and submitting photos of my collection device, he was able to quickly resolve my situation.
