I was skeptical but the collection was literally pain free! The kit was delivered quickly. Followup from Rythm via text was appreciated and accommodated my schedule. When I was finally able to use my kit, the process took all of 10 minutes including scheduling FedEx to pickup from my house the same day. Rythm kept me posted about picking up the package, beginning my labs, alerting me when my results were ready which happened within 2 days.

I requested a replacement kit even it is was at my own expense. Within 30 minutes a new kit was on the way without another question. Brynn was a pleasure to deal with and promptly took care of all my needs. My wife and I will be customers for years to come.
