You literally have someone at the closest reach of a text. Just today, Sunday, I reached out not expecting to hear back until, you know… the next business day and I got a response within the hour. This just blows me away. On top of that the reports are easy to read and the process is simple. I cannot believe there is no needle. And you are updated via text every step of the way, from getting your order ready, to shipping, to when they receive your sample to the message when your results are ready. Really been a great experience.
