Normally I have a tough time getting blood drawn with needles and Rythm makes the process so much easier! Absolutely no pain and was complete within 5 mins. They keep you up to date with every step of mailing, processing, and results. The results are in depth and cover a variety of areas and how to improve. Definitely recommend giving it a go to take your health seriously.

There were a lot of steps, but all of them were lined out and easy to follow. The results are laid out in an easy to follow way. The results were also quick—-I liked that. I would love it if there was a way to import this data into Apple Health.

I really liked the Rythm Health bloodwork option. I have no need to go to the doctor, but just wanted some bloodwork done to check my hormone levels and basic markers. Rythm achieved that for me. It was so quick and painless. I followed the instructions and had no issues. The information I got from my results was extremely helpful and easily explained. The only thing I would like to see in the future is options to have specific screenings. Bloodwork for specific things as an add on to the overall health option.
