My experience with Rythm Health was excellent overall. The platform was easy to use, the process was straightforward, and I received my results quickly. The only thing missing from my test results was the complete CBC panel with the hematological markers. Having access to those values would make the experience even better and provide a more complete picture of health and performance monitoring. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend it.

Very easy to use. It gives my primary a up to date levels to monitor. As I have a couple med issues it gives me a visual goal to strive to.

Rythm is my favorite thing, I use it to test my hormones at various points in my cycle since I’m in perimenopause! I have 4 kids, no time and just need something easy that gives me control back in knowing my data!

I've only done one test so far. But I was amazed at how easy it was. I live out in the country and was impressed that FedEx stop by and pick my sample up on time and it only took a couple of days to get results back. I need to make a few changes but now I have an idea of what to do. I'm going to have a regular blood draw at my doctor coming up. It'll be interesting to compare the two.
