Overall great process and feedback
Overall great process and feedback The blood test needs to be more comprehensive. Too few biomarkers tested to have continual value.

Thanks for the feedback, Toby! We’re always working to improve and expand our panel, and we’ve recently added 7 new biomarkers. We also recognize the limitations of smaller sample volumes, which is why we focus on a thoughtfully selected set of high-signal markers to deliver meaningful insights.

It’s amazing the time and how fast you…
It’s amazing the time and how fast you get your results back . My only feedback is about adding more markers .

great experience overall
great experience overall. super easy to follow instructions to get hte blood draw and drop it off. got results quickly. only issue was my first draw was done at the gym and messed up registering so my draw was invalid.

I felt the experience overall was…
I felt the experience overall was great. The only issue I had was i filled up the blood sample, and when I removed the plastic container of the blood sample from the red click button piece, blood squirted out. I would recommend a screw-in sealant for the sample.

Hi Devon, thanks for the feedback, and sorry to hear about the spill. We recommend gently twisting the tube off the device rather than pulling, as that helps prevent any spilling. Really appreciate you sharing this and thanks for being a Rythm member!

I like how convenient it is using this
I like how convenient it is using this. I like it's painless and easy to use. I have only done this once so this will be my second time using rythm. Will there be different vitals that will be tested for or the same all the time is what I am wondering?

Thanks Mike, glad to hear you are enjoying your experience. Your core biomarkers will stay consistent each time so you can track changes and trends over time. As we continue to improve, we will add new biomarkers to the panel, but the foundation stays the same your results are comparable month to month.

Good product with a misread on one of the markers.
Inaccurate testing result on one of the markers. I think it is a great product with value, however there are a couple of markers that are very sensitive to the at home testing process. I think the technology will improve over time and provide great results across the board soon.

Thanks so much for your feedback. We take accuracy extremely seriously. Our samples are validated to remain stable through shipping, and every sample undergoes a quality check at the lab upon arrival to ensure it is stable before processing begins. That said, certain biomarkers can be more sensitive to factors like collection timing, hydration, diet, and sleep. If you're open to it, feel free to message our support team and our Chief Scientific Officer would be happy to review your results with you and discuss which biomarkers you feel may be inaccurate.
