My review is really about both the product and the people behind it. My adult son has Angelman syndrome and hasn’t been able to complete a traditional blood draw in several years because of the severe anxiety it causes. I was hopeful this device would give us another option. The instructions were exceptionally clear and easy to follow. The warming pack, skin preparation, and collection process were all very straightforward. I don’t believe our first attempt failed because of the kit itself. Looking back, I think my son may not have been in the best position for blood collection, and his anxiety made it difficult to complete the process. What impressed me most was the customer service. After I explained what happened and sent photos, the Rythm team responded almost immediately and shipped a replacement kit so we could try again. They treated us with kindness, compassion, and understanding instead of making us feel like we had done something wrong. Families caring for loved ones with disabilities don’t always need perfection—we need companies willing to work with us. Rythm did exactly that, and I’m genuinely grateful. I’m looking forward to trying again because I believe this could become a wonderful solution for routine lab work.

Step 1 order test kit 100% EASY STEP 2 fast and collect blood sample. So easy, way better than a finger pick or needle. I don’t mind needles either. Step 3 drop off to fedex so fast. My husband I are so excited to start our new healthy journey together

At first I had written a review of frustration. I had taken a test with Rythm health, and had noticed that 2 of the biomarkers that have been on my previous labs were not included. These biomarkers are very important for my TRT program. I was immediately contacted by member of Rythm after my negative review. I was extremely pleased to hear that they would send me an additional test at no cost. This action by the support team not only helped me in keeping accurate records of my biomarkers, but showed me that Rythm cares about the individual who uses their service. I am completely satisfied with the outcome, and the integrity of the company. Will continue to use Rythm for my testing. Thanks Rythm team.

My experience was pleasent. The instructions were clear, concise, and easy to follow. There was no pain, as advertised, and the collection process is simple. However, I did receive a mild skin irritation to the material that was used for the heating pad. I have a red circle exactly where the heating pad was 4 hours later.
