This is an amazing company that is very consistent. I also like the fact it comes with an ai that goes over your results. My only grip and complaint is that the testosterone levels does not record past 1295. So if you are taking self prescribed test. This is not for you to measure accurately.

Two points with the new set up
With the new questions there are two things I would like to point out. First , when asked about period and where you are in your period they're very scientific terms without day's labeled asking where you are on your period timeline. I'm 37 years old and have no idea what these scientific words mean.I also have a degree in chemistry, so you get the picture here. Add some days to each term , to help others understand which to choose. Secondly, you can't see the instructions for how to complete the kit until after you complete the question about how long it takes to fill the vial. This might be a question after you check off that you've read your instructions and understand how to complete your kit.

We completely agree that it can be confusing to know what phase of your cycle you’re in when only scientific terminology is provided without the corresponding days listed. It was actually a temporary bug that caused the cycle days to disappear, but that issue has since been fixed and the dates have now been added back in. Regarding the instructions video, we currently have the setup designed so customers can either watch the video or register their kit directly from the same screen. Nonetheless, we always want the process to feel as seamless and straightforward as possible, so we’ve shared this feedback with our team for consideration as we continue improving the experience.

I love the overall ease and convenience…
I love the overall ease and convenience of taking the blood test at home and sending it in. Super simple. The sample arrived fast and I got my results super fast. I guess my only complaint would be that there that AI information seems vague. A lot of writing, without a clear path of action. Maybe I was just expecting something different. I will definitely do this again though. It does give me some good insight. I appreciate this company!

Should let users know that weekend…
Should let users know that weekend drop-off at fedex are effected due to most having limited hours.

Many customers are able to ship their samples over the weekend without any issues, though we recognize that may not always be the case in more rural areas. Sent another test
Didn't get hematocrit results on my first test, they ended up sending a second one free of charge and this time hematocrit came through. Very convenient at home testing option, will use again.

I’m waiting for them to have a cortisol…
I’m waiting for them to have a cortisol to DHEA ratio, for chronic stress, I think having those markers being tested on a monthly basis will make this product the best on the market
