I did the blood collection Tuesday morning. Very simple and completely painless. Instructions were easy to follow and the video was helpful. I have my results back as of Thursday afternoon. Rythm kept me updated via text every step of the way. Helpful explanations are supplied with each bio marker. I love the detail! The AI health coach will give you recommendations for improving bio markers. It will give the recommendations according to conventional wisdom. Unless you specify another viewpoint. For example, I asked how Dr. Ray Peat would view the recommendations it was giving me. It was honest! Said that Peat would probably push back on some of the things being recommended. Then proceeded to give me a new set of recommendations that were very much in line with a pro metabolic approach. Which happens to be the approach I’ve been using for the last year and a half. My markers have improved very much in that amount of time. But it looks like I still have a little ways to go. What Rythm is doing is amazing and I really appreciate it. I will highly recommend this company!
