This was my first time using a mail-in…
This was my first time using a mail-in lab home-collection. Easy to use!!! Truly painless collection. Quick results!! Detailed step by step instructions (With PICTURES!). I did not use FedEx pick up because I live close to a FedEx drop off. I had to time collection with certain medication, so I contacted customer service by message about possible delay on shipping back to lab. I messaged them in evening, they replied next morning (which was fine.). The results were straightforward, the descriptions of the tests easy to understand, and the interpretations of my specific results were interesting. I had not added any medications to my history/profile. I definitely need to do a couple more tests to see how my results trend. Overall, so far, worth the money!! (Still WAAAAY less expensive than my doc’s lab!!)

Great product
Excellent service. Very responsive. Easy to use and painless. Bring on a WBC/CBC and a PSA and this would be perfect.

Simple, painless, with quick results
Very easy to understand instructions and online support make things simple. Got the kit on Wednesday , Thursday I woke up, painlessly drew blood, dropped off the sample on my way to the gym. Got my results Friday afternoon. I can’t imagine an easier experience.

So satisfying
It was the easiest, most satisfying, and completely pain-free experience. I was even more excited when I received my test results the very next day.

Had to repeat this test as the first…
Had to repeat this test as the first one you were unable to process. Would’ve been helpful to be provided the specific reason(s) for the failed test. Did I do something wrong during collection? Not knowing anything from you was aggravating. Thanks for the second test results.

Great test, repeat customer now.
I was impressed how painless the test was and the convenience of receiving and shipping my test kit. Usually companies exaggerate when they advertise their products and it’s not the same when you actually purchase it, it was actually the same as they advertised.
