User Error: Messy
So far so good! Only thing is~ if you dont like blood, you'll be handling your own sample, wich means possible spilling of content. Be prepared 🤣Overall easy retrieval and painless, just user error messy. ^_^

Easy blood draw, limited data points.
I like how easy the blood is to draw, however for only around 20 data points it's not worth a monthly subscription. Maybe every three months. I like the insight the tests provide.

Thanks for your feedback, Clark! Thanks for your feedback! We've recently expanded our panel to include just under 30 biomarkers at no additional cost. We also acknowledge the limitations of small sample volumes, which is why we focus on a carefully selected panel of high-signal markers that provide meaningful insights while maintaining accuracy. I truly enjoy the ease and convenience…
I truly enjoy the ease and convenience of this service. The only thing I wish was to have an exact number for T level. Mine just said 1500+

Easy to do - test more metrics please
Easy to do. I was disappointed in the limited amount of metrics captured in the test. It would be great to have the option to capture more tests given the work

Hi Ben, thanks so much for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointment. We currently test only for the biomarkers listed in our panel, and because small sample volumes have limitations, we focus on a carefully selected set of high-signal markers that can be measured accurately and consistently. That said, we’re always working to improve and expand our offering. We recently added 7 new biomarkers to the panel, with more expected soon. Thanks again for giving Rythm a try!

Could have used a better heads up to fast before use. Otherwise perfect and easy to use.

Prompt delivery
Prompt delivery. The instructions were clear. Device didn't hurt at all which was surprising. My sample filled up and stopped 60% of the way. It took 30 min for someone to respond on the chat. I just sat there waiting while collecting the sample. When I did get replies, they were polite and concise. Got results promptly as well.

So far so good
So far so good. I have not yet completed the FULL process and have not seen the results, but the device made collection easy and I am excited to learn more about my health!
