I'm always intrigued on how a company creates a creative seamless way of doing something to make it more convenient. In this case- getting a blood panel and doing it regularly. Why I was waiting 1 year between my physicals was merely based on western health and insurance paying for it, which Rythm helped me realize how dumb that was. In Feb had elevated LDLs and my testosterone dropped a bit from the previsous year. I'm a surfer, lift regularly, bike and am very healthy aside from drinking more than I should but have been working on changing parts of my eating drinking and exercise routine to see if it made a difference...but I was going to have to wait another year to get them? Stupid. The whole process of ordering , communication , receiving the package through to the testing, sending and receiving the results was absolutely seamless and "painless" both literally and figuratively. Very impressed with how quickly the turn around was and amount of clear information I got from the lab with input on how to improve levels of the respective marker. And I will absolutely continue to monitor all my markers through Rythm.

The AI is like having my own doctor available 24/7. It suggests what will help the problem areas and explains how one marker impacts other markers. I've only done it twice so far, but the changes I've accomplished have been fantastic. I went away and didn't exercise or eat very clean for about 10 days and the AI knew based on my results and in a nice way told me I ate too much bar food and had too much alcohol. It was spot on cause that's exactly what happened. The changes it has recommended have moved most of my markers for the better, the exceptions being self inflicted by my not so great choices over that 10 day period. I'm 55 and need to be more selective about my health decisions than i was 20 years ago. So far Rythm has my total confidence going forward that it will help me continue being healthy.

My TSH value was in the critical range so I sought medical care. The blood work at the clinic matched the value from Rythm and I am now getting treated for severe hyperthyroidism. This would have gone undetected without Rythm.
