Great customer service
The order to delivery time was very quick. I had a small issue with the delivery and the customer service was excellent. Ky got back to me quickly and professionally and got my issue sorted out immediately. The kit itself was easy and painless to use. Great instructions and videos to help.

Mik helped me with what I needed help…
Mik helped me with what I needed help with, I had to follow up as I didn't receive test results yet. She informed me that it wasn't received yet due to fed ex delays and because I'm out of the window for accurate results a new test was going to have to be sent out.

I've wanted to get blood work done for…
I've wanted to get blood work done for a long time but didn't want to spend the money or take the time. This was so easy and inexpensive! The summary came so fast and was really informative. I'll do it again. The customer support was great. It really was painless in every way.
