Great service now that things have been worked out. Would be a 5 just had a rough month a while back where my sample never made it then no credit was issued that I know of. Bio markers and price are very good.

Would love to see the inclusion of PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) and additional common bio markers like Iron in the results to help with early detection of potential prostrate cancers in male patients.

Overall, it was a good experience. The kit arrived quickly, and I had my results within 48 hours of dropping it off at FedEx. The panel includes useful markers, and the explanations and integration of AI are excellent. I wish the results could be pushed to the Apple Health app so I’d have all my historical data in one place. That’s my biggest complaint. The blood draw process made me a little nervous but ended up being an easy and painless experience. I often feel lightheaded and have a history of fainting during or after a blood draw. I was doing fine with the Rythm device until I looked at the nearly full vial, which triggered a vasovagal response. I felt it coming on, so I laid down, drank some ice water, and was fine. If you’re sensitive, take precautions!

I shipped my sample via Walgreens fedex drop-off service, but it took two days for my sample to be picked up. I'm not sure how the blood sample were after two days. The first time I tried to ship I actually scheduled a time with the fedex pickup, but I didn't get any confirmation or time window for the pickup after a few hours. In the end I cancelled and dropped it off myself. I think it'd be much easier if I can get a time window assigned to me for the pickup right when I schedule. The other thing is I wish that I can select to skip the heat pad each time since they are re-usable and I have other head pads anyway. I fear that it's not environmental throwing those away each time.
