Defective item was sent , customer service number doesn’t work. DO NOT BUY. Extremely disappointed with this product but I should have known better. They use influencers to sell their products. Influencers get it for free while we have to pay. Online customer service could have been better as well.

Im sorry to give a 1 star but from everything in all the video the company posts it says painless and not noticeable. Which that i completely agree with it is painless but what your not told is that it legit leaves a decent size cut/ incision when the tool draws the blood from. Its understanding it had to break skin to get the blood out but not leaving a very very noticeable cut lol. An to say it was my girlfriend who removed the bandaid a few hrs after doing the blood test kit, she was very very shock and surprised what it left for a cut in the skin. She even agreed if there was a dark black tattoo that it would 100% be noticeable, possibly leaving slight scar if there was dark ink tattoo in that location. So im sorry but im not impressed. Getting your tipical blood drawn may be a bit more painful and a inconvenience to do but it leave a micro size needle hole after. Where's this leave an actual open cut behind. I've got plenty of picture to prove and show what looks like hrs after. I took pictures immediately after removing tool from my skin then more pictures hours later when my girlfriend got home from work and removed the small black band-aid. Again that's when she was absolutely shocked with cut left in skin. Hence why im sitting here writing this review.....

Had a blood draw from Labcorp on the same day that showed my testosterone at 807 versus the rhythm kit that showed it in the 300s.

All right, you charge me 90 bucks, I put my blood in the tube you sent me the results and there’s nothing on the page so what do you do for $90? I thought I would at least get one blood test out of it You need to credit my account. Give the Internet, a bad name.

Extremely inaccurate results compared to my labs. Also the way it’s displayed it’s very hard to read, you need to look 10 times to understand the results. I cancelled my subscription because it’s complete BS! Very disappointed!
