Very reasonable to work with on an estate. Made the logistics work for me travelling to me and working with my schedule rather than making me lug a lot of heavy jewelry somewhere. Would work with again.

I had an outstanding experience working with Ryan at Ryan & Co. Jewelry. He sourced a luxury watch for me - a Tudor Black Bay 58 GMT S&G at below gray market price, which immediately impressed me. Not only did he secure an incredible deal, but he also arranged next-day shipping, along with a full inspection and pressure test for peace of mind. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and professional from start to finish. Ryan has absolutely earned my trust and future business. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and well-connected in the luxury watch space, I highly recommend Ryan and Ryan & Co.

had an excellent experience with this jewelry appraiser from start to finish. The level of customer service was exceptional — responsive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me understand what I had. Every question I asked was answered clearly and honestly, without any pressure or upselling. What really stood out was the attention to detail and transparency throughout the appraisal process. They took the time to explain materials, markings, weight, and value in a way that made sense, which gave me complete confidence in the evaluation. It’s rare to find someone who combines deep expertise with such a friendly, approachable manner. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable jewelry appraiser who actually cares about their clients, I can’t recommend them highly enough. I will absolutely be using their services again and referring others.
