Ryan has a very client centered approach to appraising jewelry. Some jewelry has value beyond the dollar appraisal. Ryan is sensitive to the attachment/historical knowledge clients might have regarding certain pieces that have sentimental, cultural or historical significance. He listens with care and enthusiasm and when those stories add details that can influence the appraisal - he does the research. Our family learned so much through our appraisal process. I recommend him highly for his knowledge, integrity and willingness to do the extra work for his clients.

We didn’t trust a company shipping our ring off to get appraised and Ryan does it on the spot! Ryan was super helpful and knowledgeable about getting my fiancé’s ring appraised.
