Great Company
Catax are very friendly and helpfull, we have used them now for 3 or 4 years in a row. Every member of the team I have dealt with has been great and made the process easy and understandable. Ryan my account manager is a pleasure to speak with and catch up with year in year out. Queries are responded to asap. The only thing we as a company dislike is that the benefit is paid across to Catax first instead of coming to us

Result was positive. Communication could be improved.
Original set up was good. Problems with HMRC changing the process slowed everything down (not down to Catax), but communication on progress could have been much more proactive than it was. Claim was 100% successful, eventually.

Overall a very good service from all at…
Overall a very good service from all at Catax. There was a slight issue at the 11th hour with an incorrect costing calculation which did cause delays to payout however we have now received the funds and are in the process of the 2020 claim with Catax's assistance.
