RxPepsDirect is a telehealth platform that prescribes pharmaceutical-grade compounded peptides for adults across 32 U.S. states. We exist to fix one specific problem in this market: most peptide telehealth services mark up the medication 3 to 5 times over wholesale. We do not.The model is simple. You pay a flat $39 medical visit fee per order. A licensed provider reviews your intake, signs your prescription, and Optimal Balance Pharmacy, a 503A-licensed compounding pharmacy, dispenses your peptides at their wholesale compounding cost and bills you directly. RxPepsDirect takes no markup on medication. No subscription, no membership tier, no auto-renewal. You pay when you reorder, not before.Your prescription is reviewed and signed by Dr. Jonathan Snipes, MD (Medical Director, NPI 1821250077) or Kim Callender, NP, FNP-BC (Lead Prescriber, NPI 1144661760). Both are licensed across our serviceable footprint. No bot prescribing, no AI-only approvals. A real clinician sees every chart.Every compounded batch is independently tested by Eagle Analytical Services for sterility (ScanRDI) and bacterial endotoxin per USP Chapter 85. The actual analytical reports are published on our public quality page so you can read the document before you take the product. That level of transparency is not typical in compounded medications.Peptides ship pre-mixed and ready to use via FedEx Overnight in a reusable cooled travel case. Syringes and alcohol swabs included. No patient reconstitution required. Our formulary covers weight loss, muscle growth, recovery, longevity, cognitive, sexual health, and immune support. Non-controlled compounded peptides only.

If there were a button for a million…
If there were a button for a million stars, they’d get it. I had an issue with how much product I received and support was immediate! The CEO reached out even though the issue was small. I’ve dealt with numerous online medication providers over 3 years and these providers are superior. Not to mention, affordable. Thank you!

Problem solvers
Rxpepsdirect did a great job of getting me aligned with the proper product and sending to a compounding pharmacy for fulfillment. When the pharmacy couldn’t hold up their end, RxPepsDirect got involved to make it right! I appreciate that hands on approach! This is not just some online business! Real people helping people!

Thank you, Jeremy! I am glad we could get that handled for you and get you on the right path. Pharmacy or not, we want our patients to be cared for. Even if I do go grey more quickly than I should.

Second review, a completely different experience
Hi, I'm back again. I have now ordered multiple times from RXPepsDirect and am not sure if I will continue to order from them in the future. As someone that was there in the beginning, I completely understand that growth is good and sometimes meeting the demands that come with growth are challenging. However, as a customer service professional for well over a decade with experience in retail, pharmacy, and government, there is no excuse for any business to ever allow their customers to feel invisible.
Even if you can't get to their inquiry right away, acknowledge them. Let them know that you see and hear them and will get back to them. Radio silence is inexcusable. Customers are the backbone of any business. Treat them well and they will continue to give you their business. It bothers me that within less than a month of leaving my last review that my experience changed so greatly. I had big hopes for this company. The setup is perfect. Everything is convenient. But one thing I cannot do is overlook poor customer service. I can tolerate a lot of things and be patient but that is the one absolute no from me.
As a customer service professional, my driving motivation has always been to deliver the type of service or experience that I would personally want to receive. Because at the end of the day, the customer spends their money and invests their time in your business or product. The transaction doesn't conclude when money changes hands. It continues to exist in the follow up and the way everything is handled after if any issues arise.
That said, I experienced the same glitch in my June 25th order as the one in my first order, where I ordered something on the RXPepsDirect website, but my invoice from the pharmacy was for something different and that is what I received.
I sent an email to them on July 1, 2026 to inform them of the glitch happening again - I was told that the CEO would follow up. He didn't. Which was okay, because I understand that people get busy.
July 17, 2026, I sent an email saying that Marcus never followed up (again, fine) but that with my most recent order, I could see that the glitch was taken care of and I was able to order and be invoiced for the correct product. That email also contained two questions, one about the possibility of another product being made available in the future (which I'd inquired about before with no actual answer ever being given) and one more specific to a previous order. I also complimented a change I'd noticed with my latest order. No response.
July 25, 2026, I sent an email outlining a HUGE contraindication that I'd discovered and wanted them to be aware of to prevent what happened to me from happening to someone else. I have a lot of complex issues, so it could be something that was specific to my issues, but it was enough to make me immediately stop and decide that I couldn't do it. I'd just ordered a brand new vial as well because my previous vial was getting low. I still have the whole vial and the partially used vial stored away, never to be used again.
I wasn't asking for any favors with that email. I was simply informing them of something that happened to me that they might want to take note of for other patients and possible contraindication red flags. I accepted full responsibility and never once blamed the company for anything - I was my own guinea pig. That email also received no response. And while I can somewhat excuse my previous two emails being ignored, that one being ignored was inexcusable. Even if there's nothing a company could do, that would be an immediate red flag and make me want to reach out to that customer and make sure they're okay and apologize for their poor experience. Just let them know that I see them. A lot of people think you have to buy your customers but all a customer ever really wants is to be seen, to be heard, to be validated. No customer ever wants to be ignored.
My most recent unanswered email was sent on August 16, 2026. I expressed my concerns on their severe decline in communication, since that was one of the things I specifically highlighted in my previous experience. I mentioned my previous emails and I also asked the same question I'd asked multiple times before. I was practically begging them not to make me turn my back on them as a customer. Because at the core of it all, I still love this company and everything about it on paper. In practice though, the customer service aspect is not something I can overlook. That has always been important to me, from a professional aspect and from a consumer aspect. I look at both sides anytime that I spend my money on anything. I cannot and will not allow myself to receive poor customer service in exchange for my time and money. And today is August 22, 2026, and I have received no response yet again.
Oh well, it was nice while it lasted I suppose.

Hi Ash! Thank you for updating this. Honest reviews are what we want. It’s how we get better.
You’re 100% correct. We grew by over 600% and that wasn’t expected. Not mad at it, of course, but it meant overwhelming demand on CS. Our CS hire ghosted us and I had no idea. As you have been in the business before, I’m sure you can understand that rapid growth you weren’t expecting has its downside especially when a key staff member no shows. I have been training an addition customer service rep and she starts tomorrow.
Sadly, for what happened here, not quickly enough. It’s more about quality than speed when it comes to patient facing hires. Our new CS lead is extremely experience and has vast pharmacy knowledge to help patients more completely. I know this investment will be worth it for all our patients.
I will be reaching out to you Monday morning to make this right.

I’m very impressed with the service…
I’m very impressed with the service I’ve received from Rx Peps Direct and Optimal Balance Pharmacy!
Of all the compounding pharmacies I’ve dealt with, they have been the best when it comes to shipping peptides.
My order arrived in a well-organized box with detailed instructions and access to educational videos. It also included two packages of syringes, and the Tesamorelin came inside an insulated container with two cold packs, which kept it completely cold and well protected during shipping.
They even included a temperature indicator, along with clear instructions explaining the condition in which the medication should arrive. If the shipment arrives warm or appears to have been compromised, they provide specific instructions on how to request a replacement and reshipment.
I decided to switch to compounded Tesamorelin after spending some time purchasing Tesamorelin from different peptide suppliers. So far, I’m extremely impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail that went into this shipment.
