RxpepsdirectRxPepsDirect is a telehealth platform that prescribes pharmaceutical-grade compounded peptides for adults across 32 U.S. states. We exist to fix one specific problem in this market: most peptide telehealth services mark up the medication 3 to 5 times over wholesale. We do not.The model is simple. You pay a flat $39 medical visit fee per order. A licensed provider reviews your intake, signs your prescription, and Optimal Balance Pharmacy, a 503A-licensed compounding pharmacy, dispenses your peptides at their wholesale compounding cost and bills you directly. RxPepsDirect takes no markup on medication. No subscription, no membership tier, no auto-renewal. You pay when you reorder, not before.Your prescription is reviewed and signed by Dr. Jonathan Snipes, MD (Medical Director, NPI 1821250077) or Kim Callender, NP, FNP-BC (Lead Prescriber, NPI 1144661760). Both are licensed across our serviceable footprint. No bot prescribing, no AI-only approvals. A real clinician sees every chart.Every compounded batch is independently tested by Eagle Analytical Services for sterility (ScanRDI) and bacterial endotoxin per USP Chapter 85. The actual analytical reports are published on our public quality page so you can read the document before you take the product. That level of transparency is not typical in compounded medications.Peptides ship pre-mixed and ready to use via FedEx Overnight in a reusable cooled travel case. Syringes and alcohol swabs included. No patient reconstitution required. Our formulary covers weight loss, muscle growth, recovery, longevity, cognitive, sexual health, and immune support. Non-controlled compounded peptides only.

What an amazing service. I used a local service in town, and they didn't have it together—neither the clinic nor the pharmacy. They were always confused. I’m extremely impressed and will keep using the service. Period.

I’ve done a lot of research trying to find a company that works with an actual compounding pharmacy. RXPeptides was the best one. They get back in touch with you right away and the compounding company they work with is very reasonable. I definitely recommend them.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I've been genuinely impressed with RxPepsDirect so far. I've previously paid nearly three times as much through other providers using compounding pharmacies. I wasn't comfortable going the gray-market route, so RxPepsDirect seemed like a great middle ground: reasonable prices, a licensed compounding pharmacy, and products that arrive already mixed and ready to use. I've also had issues with more expensive providers shipping products that arrived warmer than I would have liked. My order from RxPepsDirect arrived promptly, well packaged, and still nice and cool. What really impressed me, though, is the overall process. Their website and dashboard are easy to navigate, communication has been excellent, and they even send timely refill reminders. It's refreshing to find a company that seems to have thought through the entire customer experience rather than just selling a product. So far, I'm extremely pleased and will definitely be ordering again. I hope they keep up the good work!

Hi Craig! Thank you for taking the time to write this. I am happy to hear you have been satisfied with our service. As a peptide user myself, I looked at every aspect of the current process and asked, "How can I make this better?" This included the "What would drive me crazy?" question. That is how I built this, and I am glad you noticed that. We look forward to continuing to offer you an easy-to-use process and pricing that doesn't buy me a yacht. :) -Marcus Hansen, CEO

This company falsely leads you to believe you're getting more peptide than what is being dispensed at the pharmacy. One peptide is pictured at 30mg, but when you get it from the pharmacy, it is actually 6mg of peptide, and the rest is bac water. This is disgusting. Do NOT purchase from this company.

Thanks for raising this. It’s a fair question, and the answer is on the label itself. This sounds like ARA-290, which we list as 30 mg. The pharmacy label reads “ARA290 6 MG/ML (5 ML).” That means 6 mg in every mL, and the vial holds 5 mL, so 6 x 5 = 30 mg of peptide in the vial. It’s liquid because our peptides arrive pre-reconstituted and ready to inject, with the peptide already dissolved. We know the label can read like a smaller amount, so the ARA-290 product page now shows the exact label wording before you order. If your vial reads anything other than 6 MG/ML (5 ML), message our support team from your dashboard, and we will look into it right away. Marcus Hansen, CEO

I’m new to the peptide community, and as I began researching, I was very intentional about finding a reputable company that cared not only about the quality of the products they provide, but also about the people using them. RxPepsDirect has truly exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is incredibly personal, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers as individuals—not just as consumers. The CEO personally messaged and called me to make sure I was informed, comfortable, and taken care of. That level of personal attention and commitment to customer care is rare and really stood out to me. As someone who is new to this community, having a company that takes the time to educate, communicate, and make you feel valued means a lot. **10/10—I highly recommend RxPepsDirect\!** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you, Marisa!! I am so thankful that you found our service so helpful. Patients OVER profits is how I built this company, and that will always be the case. Plus, as a CEO, I really enjoy communicating with patients. Keep up the great work!
