Excellent service & fast delivery

The package arrived fine, however I want to return the item. I completed the online return authorization and received an email instructing me to not return the item until I received an authorization, but to date I have not received the RAN

Ordered roofing materials for a trailer I am restoring. RV upgrades offered the best price so I ordered. The materials arrived quickly boxed as expected. The only problem I had was learning how to store the roofing after I removed it from the box. I had seen on the website that it had to be removed from the box to avoid permanent creasing but didnt know if it had to be fully unfolded. Calls to customer service got no answers (possibly because of covid 19) and I am now away from home for a month. I can only hope removing it from the box was good enough.

Best price on the product I was looking for. Called with a question, someone actually answered the phone immediately, nice.
