Fast delivery

Dometic Breeze 2 fan motor was as described. Arrived in less than one week. I have only had it in for one day but it is working properly. It would ha e been helpful to know when my package shipped. Communication was good for order confirmation, order sent to warehouse and order delivered. But I never knew when it was shipped. Yes I did choose free shipping so I wasn’t expecting much tracking info. But order shipped would be nice.

Well the flag pole holes are way to big for my flag poles... other then that a good product.

We are very pleased with the items we received, just disappointed that our main item is on indefinite back order. The fact that they will give a refund in 30 days if still not available, keeps us from ordering elsewhere.

I received my order quickly but the box was open on one end. One of the box flaps had been ripped completely off. I recommend taping the boxes to avoid this. I have yet to verify no items are missing.

Great communication and received order in a timely manner. I ordered 3 tubes of self leveling caulk for my RV roof. The tubes were put in a box that was too small and all three tubes had the plastic spouts bent and the top of caulk tubes stretched out of shape.

Paid for 48hr delivery, item arrived 2 days late, but intact and functional. Explained to me that delay would occur due to issues with UPS.

I ordered flow-rite watering that did not fit my battery. Why did I order the wrong parts? Because it isn't clear on the website that there are different diameter and depth vent holes. RVUPDRADE was great, delivered on time the items I ordered, return instructions were good and I recieved a prompt email response letting me know that they didn't have any systems that fir group 8D batteries.
