I ordered online and paid via PayPal. I could not get back into the RVupgrade website to track my package.

Everything was good until UPS just left items outside my gate for anyone to take. It was heavy but that’s ridiculous. I have not installed unit yet, but excited to get it on!

Drill bit worked well, just need a more powerful drill than what I used

Arrived early

The install directions for the silent A/C cover showed a confusing photo (Fig #2 I think it was) which looked to be backwards that is 180 off. Also, the filter insert is very tight to the 4 screws leaving no flexibility meaning it’s in but very tight and awkward. Otherwise, all is ok.

Excellent order process & quick timing on the delivery. The part itself however, while I did order the correct part and the part that arrived had the correct # on it, the part itself appears to have been manufactured slightly differently, so it isn't a perfect fit. I was able to modify it. I had an otherwise exposed awning motor, so I had to make it work. Timewise, I couldn't afford to send back and await another one, which may have had the same issue.

Loved the price and how quickly they shipped my purchase.

Update’s in where my package was were not updated. Simply said shipped and the order suddenly arrived
