Took a longer than I wanted.

I had paid for two day express shipping... It was as much as the part cost...But it did not make it in two days. UPS was the carrier. I called your office and explained the situation and the very professional woman explained a couple of scenarios as to why and immediately refunded my shipping cost. I was grateful for the jester and for the professionalism I was given. Excellent customer service! My rating would be a five if not for the shipping snafu. I really needed the part in two days as I was leaving on a trip the third day and unable to perform the repair. All in all a good experience and appreciate the customer service! I will definitely buy again from your site! Thank you!!

order was Just as advertised

Needed the upper bunk window curtain rails for my class C. They did have the rails for a very good price but didn't have the right length. Had to buy 4 pieces and splice together.

I received my order for the Garnet Seelevel II 709-4 Tank Monitor System, On Time & In Excellent Condition. The 709-4 System is an Excellent System, (This is my 2nd 709-4 System). I still had (1) Display Only, that I had previously used in the Storage Bay Docking Station, on my previous RV, and will use with this New Purchase System. The reason I rated My Order Experience as a 4 Star, is because I Really Only wanted to purchase (4) Sensors, to use with my Display Only, located in the Storage Bay Docking Station. However, the Cost Difference of (4) Sensors ($200) vs (1) Complete System ($260), made this a purchase that I “Almost” “Talked Myself Out Of Buying”. Again, this System is something that any RV Owner that has ever had experience with it, would gladly pay the purchase price, “If the RV Manufacturer would Install as an OEM Item at the Time Original Build”, at the Factory.

It was easy to order and it came pretty fast. My only complaint would be that you should use a stronger box to ship in one end of the box was almost ripped off. I haven't opened it yet. I can include a picture if you would like.
