The part was exactly what I ordered but shipping was really slow. Communication was good.

I ordered a socket Jenie for my ricoh titan camper jacks and was sent the wrong part. The part I received even showed it was for a scissor jack. So first, they sent me the wrong part. Second, they said "since it was a part I didn't need, I had to pay return shipping." Hello!! You sent me the wrong part!! $13 shipping! Same as the price of the part I ordered. Third, they have the part I returned to them since June 4th and I have yet to get my refund. UPDATE..June 26th. - We returned from our trip and I had received an excellent very professional apology/explanation message from the General Manager Kristen Burkley. It is difficult to believe she works for the same company I ordered this part from. My refund was returned and she explained the internal changes they have made to prevent these types of problems from happening again. I was very impressed with her response and I would be tempted to do business with them again.

Received the order took a phone call to get the rest of it sent and the when I received the faucet it was scratched pretty bad pretty sure it was not the fault the factory that built it was at fault there anyway , I might order again from there
