I was pleased to find the exact device I was looking for. I made the purchase, received the part and completed the installation. With the correct power and polarity supplied to the USB device input it delivers 0-volts output. It simply does not work. I'm sure its a manufacturers defect. I will begin the return process.

I received a damaged item from this company in July 2021. The damage should have been spotted prior to shipping. I promptly contacted Customer Service and have yet to receive a replacement (40 plus days). This company does not understand customer service and does not care about the customer.

Really bad customer service. Paid a lot of money for a product and although it's still under warranty, they never replied when I contacted them multiple times. Have to get my credit card company involved. These people are greedy and really bad to do business with. Go elsewhere!

Received the part and it was broken right out of the package. Sent a email with picture of the broken part and never heard back about it. Not a good experience.

I ordered a part at a higher price from RVUpgrades because they stated the part would be shipped in 1-3 days. It have now been10 days and the part has not shipped. I called them because they had not contacted me and it appears it will be 20 days before it is shipped. Do not order from the company if you need your part quickly.

The item does not do what I thought it would. I'm terribly disappointed.

I ordered a 40 lb tank rod for my propane tank holder. When I recieved it , it was just a pc of threaded rod I could have went to the hardware store to get. It wasn't even the correct diameter to fit in the bottom of my holder. I just ended up going to a local hardware store to peice together what I needed. Not even going to waste my time or money sending it back.

I purchased a solid step for my rv, when they arrived box had holes in it was taped closed not secured with original staples, opened box and nuts an bolts started falling out, removed stairs found scratches and dents on stairs missing parts, looks like someone tried to install it and returned it. I know the return lady said they don't resend returns out and if a box opens UPS will tape it closed, but I know they won't take it out of box open bags holding nuts and bolts to take what they want. She sent a MRA and said UPS will pick it up, 5 days later still sitting by my door, so I took it to UPS and they said that there is nothing they can find on a pick up or do anything, except if I pay $115.00 to ship it. REALLY they expect me to pay full price for GARBAGE and if I want to return it I have to pay, sounds like they don't care what they sell. So here I am stuck with a set of damaged stairs miss parts, hopefully someone at this company can straighten this mess up
