I received my order but it was broken. I sent pictures and am waiting for a response as to what they are doing for a replacement

When I ordered my pedestal I actually thought I was getting the pedestal and pole because it came with all the dimensions that was mentioned and the price of it.

Yes I received my adapter, however when I use the car’s right blinker, the trailer flashes the hazard lights instead.

Transaction and product were fine but when I contacted support to ask a question I never got a response. As of this review it's been over 5 days. Prompt support responses are as important as the products and transaction, if not more so.

We had a good experience and good cost only down fall was the website didnt want to work half of the time when going to check out. It took us 4 or 5 different tries. But otherwise very good.

The wiring harness didn't work correctly. It switched the tail light signals. It said it was for palamino campers, and I have a starcraft, so i assume that's the reason. But it wasn't clear that this one would NOT work on the starcraft.

ordered 3 led ceiling lights at the time i installed them i did not realize they were not as ordered. i called customer service and asked for led bulbs to fit the fixture. they said they would check with the manufacturer and get back to me, i am still waiting over three weeks for a call back.

Box was torn open. One of the jack plates a little bent but usable.
