RV Parts CountryReviews of rvpartscountry.com

Quick turnaround and shipping. Problem is fedex delivered and dropped off in my driveway and propped it on its side against my fence. Someone was home but fedex did not even ring the doorbell. Air conditioners should always be laid flat. I hope this doesn’t affect the effectiveness of my new ac unit.

helpfu and timely

I've received order quickly have not installed it yet but order was quick

We received just before 7 pm Friday. Only improvement would be better tracking. We were unable to track and typically are not here til 7 pm. No way to call or check whether delivery was coming.

Very good price and fast delivery!

Nice upgrade to my 17 year old RV, and best pricing.

Pleasantly surprised by how quickly they company has processed the order. I placed my order late Wednesday afternoon (July 10th) and had a shipping confirmation on Thursday morning. The AC unit and original heat strip were drop shipped and arrived Friday morning. The ductless vent/controls are supposed to arrive by the 18th. I was hoping, but not realistically expecting, the items would arrive prior to my vacation scheduled for the 23rd of July. I’lll begin the installation this week... Very excited and extremely pleased with this seller. I will certainly do business with them again, as their pricing is very competitive and there customer service is prompt to reply to inquiries.

The part details where as described. Only issue was the river holes didn't line up exactly. Cause a bit of e tra work.
