Lacking in the communication dept. would really help if their company would send out the tracking numbers without a hassle. I did receive my shipment in a timely manner and boxes were already open but the product was ok inside. This day and time you wonder if you will get your products with all the scams going on. It is important to keep good communication with your customers if you want them to come back . Thanks Jackie

The cover had one split area at the back screw hold down and the bottom frame was bent in about 3/4" but it did not appear to impact the tubing or compressor. The box itself showed no outward damage. I can't get the AC installed for a week or more.. Will follow up later if item has any damaged components. Thanks for the quick order shipment and service..

The part arrived in a decent amount of time. I was expecting more specs with the order but only received the electronic board. No info about the power requirements or output of the board. The board I have has input of 115 VAC but no output of any kind. Was hoping to find out more from ordering the board. No documentation received with board will call technical support for specs on this item.

While we did receive our item in a timely manner, communicating with the vendor is extremely difficult and frustrating. They do not offer the ability to communicate directly with a live agent and only through their system, which is very a slow and tedious process. I will not order through this company again.
