The order shipped a day later than we were told it would. The inability to speak with an actual human was very annoying. You should have, at least, a live chat feature with a live person on the other end, or better yet, a telephone that someone actually answers. It took us a couple of days just to confirm that you actually had one in stock, and then, as I said, it shipped a day later than expected.

The part fit just as I hoped and the piece is repaired. Thank you.

I ordered an item from RVPartsCountry.com on 1 July 2020. I came across this web site during a Google search an ordered the item because it was $200 cheaper. My card was charged on 1 July and the item was supposed going to be shipped within 48 hours. One week later I still had not received the item I tried to find out the status. There is no section on their website to track orders, and when you call you get a recorded message. I opened a support ticket on their web site and received an email back a couple of days later that stated that my order was cancelled till I gave them a copy of my drivers license and a credit card. They cancelled my order when I refused and won't give me a refund. It has been 7 weeks now and now they are ghosting me. Total scam!!

I needed a 10 ft extension for my dump hose. RV Parts Country was one of the few that had it in stock. I chose them because their delivery fee was the most reasonable. Other places were as much as the hose.

I found a vent fan cover for my Roadtreck at RV Parts County. Best price anywhere. On line purchase was easy and merchandise arrived on my front porch in a couple of days. The cover has been installed and performs perfectly.
