If you value your money and patience don’t go near RV Parts Country. Try a personal contact. You’ll get no response. Apply for a RA and or refund, forget it. Caught in a bind with them currently, complain to BBB in Lexington. Check their rating.

I replaced a Coleman RV roof top 13500 btu air conditioning top unit. I received the unit faster than expected. It was an easy installation except removing the wing nuts holding the junction box in. They had been frozen on due to corrosion. Other than that, it went great.
