Received A/C unit that looked like it had been removed from original box. Installed it anyway. Has worked fine since Saturday and now it's Tuesday and it has quit working

Shipping was prompt, but I was not impressed by the customer service. One whole day was wasted by messaging instead of what would have taken five minutes by phone call. Representatives misunderstood simple questions causes more time wasted. I would imagine you lose business this way.

fast shipment delay and abuse from FedEx arrived on side and has been dropped and broke top cover and bent cooling fins.

Website was easy to navigate and easy to order. But when I received my air conditioner the thermostat was missing off the new AC, plus when I placed my order, I ordered the vinyl cover for it as well and I haven't received it yet. And when I try to call I get a recording to connect to the website then I can not find a way to get ahold of anyone to find out information about the cover.

Items were in stock & delivered w/ tracking & accuracy. Received them in a few days. Camping World had them back order with NO Update after waiting 5 weeks,so cancelled. RV Parts has a new loyal customer & fan!
