SCAM Behaviour
SCAM Behaviour Looking at website attempted to exit and it would only enable me to select continue button, then they automatically deducted money from Paypal Account. Multiple emails to their service desk, they finally agree to credit the money back, credit never received & then then they take double the amount the following month. All the marks of a SCAM. Do what you say you will and reviews like this would not appear!

Be warned
Be warned! Do not use. they have a viscious auto-renewal policy that happens without notification and they quadruple the monthly cost. They charged me £110 before I realised and I never used their platform. They have refused to refund me other than £25. Bunch of theives.

Don't try it!
The Plan itself didn't have much effect! Besides that you are lured into an automatic subscription. I would clearly call that scam.

Be wary!
Be wary of signing up to a subscription. Ruut do not send a receipt, invoice or have any way of tracking your subscription on the website. Cancellation is via email and a refund was issued on request, as the HRV plan is not personalised as advertised, and each session is locked within the site reliant on ongoing subscription.

I signed up for the trial period of the…
I signed up for the trial period of the program, actually I didn't even know it was a trial period, I thought it was just a one time fee. I looked at the program once in October and hadn't thought about it since, until I was going through my credit card statements and saw all of these monthly fees from their company, I had no clue it was a monthly subscription. The told me that they could only cancel it, but no refund!

Achtung Abomodell!
Ich habe einmalig einer Zahlung von EUR 19,99 zugestimmt. Die Bestätigungsmail enthielt weder einen Betrag noch einen Hinweis auf ein Abomodell. Unmittelbar danach wurden EUR 69,99 abgebucht. Die Upsell-Seite enthielt einen prominenten "ADD TO MY PLAN"-Button, jedoch keinen gleichwertig sichtbaren "Weiter ohne Zusatz"-Button — eine Gestaltung, die unbeabsichtigte Klicks provoziert. Auch diese Bestätigungsmail enthielt keine Betragsangabe. Kurz darauf folgte eine weitere Abbuchung von EUR 49,99, ebenfalls ohne Hinweis auf ein Abomodell. Weitere Abbuchungen konnte ich mittlerweile stoppen.

I wouldn't even give 1 star
I wouldn't even give 1 star! Terrible customer service, with complicated site to use with no clarity. On trying to get a refund, this is an impossible task. Despite confirming cancellations, debits keep occurring. Your customer service response is basically an automated bot it appears as this is completely impersonal and keeps repeating the same sentence.
