I had an issue I could not figure out on my own. I sent an e-mail to support who replied in relative short order. It was a holiday weekend and I didn't expect there to be any resolution. This morning (Tuesday), very early, I got a message from April who fixed the issue and let me know what steps to take for resolution. It worked and made me very happy. Thank you April!
