The information provided was decent and educational, but they make it VERY difficult to figure out your subscription dates and how. to cancel. I was 2 days late and they charged me the entire $88 for the next 3 months. I don't want to use it any more. If you get a subscription, be sure to write the expiration date down.

If you have listened to a few podcasts on the topic, you will not get much new, large part of the content is just linked third party Youtube videos anyways. I wanted to exercise my rights rights to withdraw from the contract almost immediately, and their helpdesk was super responsive, but I only got back half of the fee. Surely they make most of the money from impulsive buyers like me.

I happily purchased a one month course. I have though now had another £49.99 taken out of my account, which I have not agreed to. I cannot see any information on subscriptions on the website. Sent an email asking for refund, received a reply to say my subscription has now been cancelled, but as they have to follow their refund policy , the reason I provided - only signing up for a month- is not listed as a qualifying reason!! so no refund…. Really I have now updated this review as…. To their credit, although I had to supply evidence that I had been following the course, I have received a refund and response from communicating with the company as efficient.

I signed up for what I thought was a running program. Now I see that cancellation is not possible through the membership page. Not what I signed up for.

Course may be ok if you have time. But be cautious the details for how to cancel a plan are very illusive. They don't warn you it's over, and whack 100 out of your bank without warning. Really helps the blood pressure don't it?

Please be careful - they don’t warn you that £100 is coming out of your bank account . I thought I had subscribed for a short period for £34.99 - just had £99.99 taken from my bank account which was unexpected and I can’t get it back , apparently the “trial” auto renews at full price but you get no email warning you that the money is due to be taken which I think is bad form . Please beware of ads on Instagram , you can’t see the subscription details under your Apple ID. So they seem invisible. This will catch you out … be careful !

What promises to be a personalised running program appears instead to be AI-generated pretty generic advice, that isn’t particularly coherent. Waste of money. Plenty of good information in there, it’s just not actually pulled into a convincing personalised plan.
