Also trying to cancel a subscription that is informed very sneaky upon registration. It is only possible by writting them an email, where you never get any anwers. I have send them an email requesting to cancel on both 10th of january 2026 and on 16th of january 2026 but still no reply with confirmation in either Inbox or Spam.

Be aware! They get you on a three month trial subscription and then automatically renew your $89 without a notification text or email. They are just another crooked app that steals your money without asking first.

I signed up and then I sent an email as instructed by Ruut that I wanted to cancel. They have not canceled my subscription and continue to falsely take money from my account. Stay away from them!!

Like everyone else, you get money taken from account when you didn’t subscribe to anything. They won’t refund you. I wouldn’t use this company at all. Stay away.

Like many of these posts, I’ve been charged £99 unexpectedly. I purchased a one-time offer for £34.99 which wasn’t the product expected but unfortunately, they’re refusing to refund the £99. There was no email from them confirming a subscription or what I was gaining from a subscription, just a sneaky sum taken from my account 3 months later, with no receipt or communication.

Hi there, Ruut operates on a subscription-based model, and for some offers there is an initial one-time payment (like £34.99) followed by a recurring plan (like the £99). These renewal terms are shown at checkout, and a payment confirmation is sent to the email used at purchase — though it can sometimes land in spam or a different folder. That said, if you believed you were buying a one-off product and were not aware of any subscription, please email us at [email protected] with the email you used to sign up and details of the £99 charge. We’ll review your case again, cancel any unwanted subscription, and reassess the refund.

Absolute Rubbish. It would seem I also have been scammed by this company. I realised within 20 minutes of signing up it was all AI generated info we can all find ourselves. They have refused to refund. BEWARE even their customer service emails are AI generated!!! Companies like this should be stopped.

They up-charge you in very misleading questions that become non refundable . This company is very shady and the program is basically a repacked Chat GPT series of recommendations.
