I signed up for a 7 day trial period and was happy to pay the cost to get a taste for the content. I didn’t find it particularly helpful and my HRV has not changed. I therefore didn’t plan to go into any longer term subscriptions. Out of nowhere I’ve had £49.99 taken from my account. I don’t have any emails outlining my contractual obligations and had no notification of my subscription ending. I have contacted them today to cancel and would happily update my review if their support team refund me in due course. The content itself is okay, however the mechanics and subscription model/documentation is unclear.

Beware of hidden charges when you sign up for trail membership, hard to cancel subscription as you have to contact them via email with very little information or emails on upcoming payments. Just managed to cancel a £49.99 charge which I was not notified about or expecting.

Ruut advertise themselves as a well-being programme that go above and beyond the usual advice that can be found online. This is not true. Everything put in my 'plan' was information readily available elsewhere. Anyone who has any common sense would be able to give the same advice for free. When I asked for a refund after less than a week of paying for a subscription, they refused saying my reason for asking 'did not meet their criteria for a refund'. You don't need to pay for a subscription, you can find all the information you need anywhere online!

I opted for a single £20 deal only to find the following month they charged me £50. The subscription was unclear a they are inflexible about returning the money. Great material but poor quality service for a wellbeing company

As previous reviews have stated, be warned that after an initial trial period £50 was taken from my bank account with no prior notice. I cancelled my subscription but was refused a refund. This service is definitely not worth. £50 !

If there was a no star option I would have selected that. During my sign up process and checkout an offer for an add on appeared. Before I could select decline the screen refreshed and immediately charged me another 19.99 as I was authenticated with my PayPal to pay for the original selection. When I reported this issue I received a very condescending reply that their database showed I clicked it. Too bad so sad, no refund. Atrocious customer service.

Looking at the Facebook marketing adverts which imply that they will help you go from an inexperienced runner to a good runner, I signed up. I want to get fit and have never really liked running. The plan has NOTING to do with running, I was expecting similar to C25k but how wrong I was, its just tips of how to sleep better "Recovery Management Plan". What was a waste of £20.

“Individual “ plans are AI generated, no clear guidance and when you contact customer support and explain the issues they brush over them, fob you off and refuse to refund even though you didn’t get what you paid for??!?!? Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this “business”?!?!?
