After watching their advert and going through in depth questions, paying the 39.99, plus the 19.99 for lifetime membership... I thought I was going to get an indepth bespoke programme.... what did I get links to YouTube videos that you could just have easily got from Google by typing in "fitness"... Absolutely dreadful, do yourself a favour and download "couch to 5k"for free!

They are a wellness company but the fact they ignore requests to cancel a subscription you don’t know you’ve signed up for is enough to make you feel unwell. I was charged £49.99 for a subscription I didn’t sign up for - future customers please be very careful as there doesn’t seem to be a way out. They simply ignore all contact from customers. My bank had to intervene but we don’t know if that’s enough to stop future debits being taken. RUUT you are not worthy of any custom !

Complete scam, unclear terms and lack of transparency in terms om pricing. Charges you more that you signed up for. Impossible to cancel, only contact is through e-mail to company listed in Cyprus. Stay away from this one!

Ich habe einen einmaligen Kurs für 19,99 € gekauft. Während des Kaufprozesses wurde nicht transparent darauf hingewiesen, dass daraus ein Abo oder weitere laufende Kosten entstehen. Trotzdem wurden mir am 31.01. erneut 49,99 € abgebucht – ohne meine ausdrückliche Zustimmung und ohne, dass ich eine Einzugsermächtigung für wiederkehrende Zahlungen erteilt habe. Ich habe das Unternehmen kontaktiert und um Aufklärung sowie Rückerstattung gebeten. Diese Bewertung dient als Warnung für andere: Bitte prüft sehr genau, ob ihr unbeabsichtigt ein Abonnement abschließt. Die Transparenz bei Preisen und Zahlungsbedingungen war in meinem Fall nicht ausreichend.

I was newly diagnosed with a heart issue and had been looking online for information, unsurprisingly Facebooks knowledge of my off Facebook activity noticed this and flooded my timeline with posts relating to the issue. I saw ruutlabs and took a look and found something that looked like a 4 week tutorial on heart health costing £19.99 . I did not see the small print that says you will be charged £49.99 a month . I paid £19.99 and the tutorial arrived in my inbox, when I saw what it said I thought “ thank goodness I only paid £19.99 for this it is pretty bad. If anyone is thinking about signing up to this I’ll qive you the information for free and here it is. SLEEP WELL, EAT WELL, BREATHE, EXERCISE, DONT BE STRESSED. Its AI and its basic stuff, also there are other apps that will give you all the same information ruut offer and also take measurements of various body functions for less money than ruutlabs charge. I received no warning from ruut that they were about to take money out of my bank account and I think that fact will alert everyone to what this so called company is all about. I’m also really angry with Facebook who exploited the information they gathered on me when I had a health scare by putting companies like ruut labs into my Facebook account timeline. Ruut are offering a service here, very basic information and very expensive

never signed up to a subscription plan but was suddenly charged EUR 49.99. Apparently after my "trial period for EUR 19.99" had expired - thing is I was never charged 19.99 or anything before this mysterious charge of almost EUR 50 came through. I also never got an email with any mention of a subscription, just a welcome email with no further information. They also claim I signed up to a "one off" Mobility Plan, which I 1000% did NOT as I already have a great Mobility toolkit. Also never a charge for that but they claim I did sign up for it. They are obviously denying a refund over these EUR 49.99 which is utterly frustrating. Would stay WELL CLEAR of their services as you literally don't know what you're signing up for.
