6 weeks from non runner to 10km! If you’d have asked me 6 weeks ago if I would be running 10km by now I’d have laughed! I’ve been consistent to the subscription programme I set to run a half marathon by October. 3 runs a week, following the distances, not so concerned about the times, always doing the minimum warm and cool down (even when it hurts or doesn’t feel needed). This weekend I bought my first pair of tailored running shoes - and I am loving tracking my progress. I think Ruut has made me a runner 😳😉😊😊😊
