Avoid this company at all costs Avoid this company at all costs. They charged £35 for the first 3 months then took £99.99 out of my account without any email or notification that this would happen. I looked at the website a few times when I first signed up then haven’t been on there since. I’ve contacted customer services but they said there’s nothing they can do. Absolutely disgusting. Do not trust them with your money or any personal information. I will write as many negative reviews as I can to try to help others avoid having a similar experience as me

It didn’t work for me , having to do Into a email or log in this was isn’t very intuitive and doesn’t work with my fitness apps

Content only had a minor amount of value. Eat well, sleep well, exercise and breathe well were the messages. After the first week, just kept repeating the same content. I tried to cancel the day my 1 month trial ended and they charged me another 3 months, refused a refund. Offered me some free stuff, I said no and left it at that.

Once you sign up if you don't remember the details, you cannot figure it out. Suddenly had money withdrawing with no notice- 28 days - They say $20 but then it is another $39 transaction fee. They give you information that is basic. Wasn't impressed. Customer service wasn't helpful.

Be wary! Very basic AI content Customer service responsive but watch for free trials and offers. No communication after sign up and no reminders, so whilst it was my fault I was charged a hefty £50, I felt that a refund was reasonable as I hadn’t used the service after being disappointed on day 1. Refused a refund and only offered more products for “free trials”.
