They catch you with a trial for 14 days. When you enter they give you a screen with again the same amount of money but if you click you are buying a simple sheet of exercises so you are already 40€ away. De website is very simple repiting the same tips al the time. No space where you can see your trial period. An then after 14 days they take another 49,99€ from your account. Full price this time. Cancelling can only through mail. Terrible expierience Ruut

This company is fraudulent. Do not give them any payment information. They will charge you for additional "upsells" that you didn't authorize and then refuse to refund those charges. Steer clear.

This seems to be a basic AI-style recommendation set up for HRV. They do not offer a refund if you are not satisfied with the purchase, which is a lesson for me. This seems to be a basic AI-style recommendation set up for HRV. They do not offer a refund if you are not satisfied with the purchase, which is a lesson for me. The lesson is to stop falling for IG ads. I asked for a refund and promptly received a bot response stating that my subscription was canceled, but no refund was issued. Now I have to trace and make sure I won't be charged further for this, as it definitely feels slimy. That lesson is stop falling for IG ads. Apparently signed up for this service and completely forgot. Ended up paying AUD$60 several times until I noticed the charge on my card. I contacted support for a refund once I figured it out as there is no way to cancel in their portal and neither do they send out reminder notifications of an up coming renewal. Even though I had not logged in for months, and refund was refused.

Filled questionaire out 3 times as a sick person then a healthy then myself and all come back saying exactly same thing, just an AI program, get .ore info on youtube

I did the quiz twice, with different answers, but got the same result. Suspicious in itself, I then looked at the anticipated results - they said I could achieve my goal of running 26+ miles by May, ie in 12 weeks. Problem was, I'd answered as a 65+ year old overweight, sedentary non-runner. There can't be many people who've achieved this! I smell BS

Material is very weak or for uneducated. Customer Service is absolutely horrendous. WHen I attempted to cancel of which you cannot do on the website, you have to email they claimed my reason for canceling would not allow me a refund on an automatic charge to renew the subscription. I miss the date because I only signed up for a a 4 week program. But that is not true, they keep your credit card on file for an automatic renewal. When I went to the website to try to cancel it once I discovered this there is no option on the website. You must email. When I emailed they advised me that my request for a refund did not fall under the reasons they allow for a refund. I would never ever seek their advice, or use the service ever again. TOTAL SCAM TO GET YOUR CC!!

It’s an absolut scam. Is all made by AI, and they charge you prices you don’t know, you ask the refund and the AI i saying sorry but no!
